This area is designed to allow you to report incidents in a fast and structured way, so our team can manage them as efficiently as possible.
To help us analyse and resolve your request as quickly as possible, it is important that you complete the form with as much information as possible.
All indicated fields are required in order to register the incident.
Before submitting your incident, please make sure to correctly provide the following information:
* Type of incident (order, product, transport, invoicing, warranty, etc.).
* Order number related to the incident (PR26/…).
* Affected product reference (C1312/L/ORO).
* Detailed description of the incident: what happened, when it was detected and under what circumstances.
* Images or documents that help identify the issue (photos, videos, delivery note, invoice, etc.).
Once the ticket has been created:
* You will be able to check its status at any time through the portal.
* Our team may request additional information through the ticket if necessary.
* You will receive notifications when there are relevant updates or when the incident has been resolved.
